Cancellation Policy
We require 24-hour cancellation. If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for paying for this appointment in full. In the case of the client having a package, the corresponding time will be taken from the package. In the case of the appointment being booked with a gift certificate, the gift certificate will be used for this scheduled time and no longer valid
In a small service business, if somebody doesn't show up for their scheduled appointment, it has an impact on our income. That is an hour (or 2) that we don't get paid for.
